Keto Sourdough Bread

- 1½ cups almond flour
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup psyllium husk powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup warm water
- Optional: 1 tbsp sourdough starter for flavor, not fermentation
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, apple cider vinegar, and warm water.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.
Let the dough rest for 5–10 minutes to thicken.
Shape into a loaf and place on a parchment-lined baking tray or in a loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the crust is firm.
Let cool completely before slicing.
