Ingredients
  

  • cups almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup warm water
  • Optional: 1 tbsp sourdough starter for flavor, not fermentation

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together eggs, apple cider vinegar, and warm water.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.
  • Let the dough rest for 5–10 minutes to thicken.
  • Shape into a loaf and place on a parchment-lined baking tray or in a loaf pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the crust is firm.
  • Let cool completely before slicing.
