  • 3 large Eggs Use room temperature for better mixing.
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract Choose high-quality vanilla for best flavor.
  • ¼ cup Almond Milk or Coconut Cream Dairy alternative.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease your cake pans with butter or coconut oil and sprinkle with almond flour.

Mixing and Baking

  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sweetener until fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
