Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour Light and full of good fats.
  • 0.5 cups Granulated sweetener (erythritol, stevia, etc.) Choose a keto-friendly sweetener.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder Make sure it's sugar-free.

Wet Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups Unsweetened Greek yogurt High in fat and low in sugar.
  • 3 large Eggs At room temperature for better mixing.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, sweetener, and baking powder until well combined.

Mixing

  • Add unsweetened Greek yogurt and the eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into a greased 6-inch springform pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cooling

  • Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

You can add variations like berries, chocolate, or nuts for different flavors. Serve with sugar-free cream cheese frosting or whipped cream. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
