Preparation

  • Choose ripe kiwis for natural sweetness.
  • Freeze spinach and fruits ahead to keep them fresh.
  • Wash and chop all fruits and veggies before blending.
  • Have your liquids ready for quick pouring into the blender.

Blending

  • Start by placing the spinach at the bottom of the blender.
  • Add the chopped kiwi, banana, and yogurt (or alternative).
  • Pour in your fruit juice.
  • Secure the lid tightly and blend on a low setting for a few seconds.
  • Increase to high speed and blend until smooth.

Serving

  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes
