  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Preparation

  • Boil the filtered water in a saucepan.
  • Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat and add the lemon balm leaves.
  • Let the mixture steep for about 10 minutes.
  • Strain the leaves from the water and return the liquid to the pan.
