For the tilapia

  • 4 fillets tilapia fillets Fresh or frozen, thawed
  • ¼ cup butter Melted
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic Minced
  • 1 lemon lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp parsley Chopped, optional for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking pan with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  • Place tilapia fillets in the baking pan and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
  • Sprinkle parsley on top if using.

Baking

  • Bake tilapia in the preheated oven for 10 to 13 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque in the center.

Serving

  • Serve hot with your choice of sides.

Notes
