  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 300 g ground beef Cooked until browned
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled Use freshly cooked bacon for best flavor
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to mix cheeses if desired
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese Feel free to mix cheeses if desired
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Preparation

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add crumbled bacon and cook for a minute.
  • Lay a flour tortilla flat and add ground beef, bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly to form a burrito.

Cooking

  • Heat a pan over medium heat and grill the burrito on both sides until golden brown and cheese melts.

Notes

Serve warm on a plate, optionally with extra toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles. Store leftovers wrapped tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil for up to 2 days.
