  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 pieces eggs Add one at a time.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate chips for a richer flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a muffin pan.
  • Press the crumbled brownies into the bottom of each muffin cup to form a layer.

Cheesecake Mixture

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the sour cream and chocolate chips.

Baking

  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the muffin cups.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are set.

Cooling and Serving

  • Let them cool, then refrigerate for a few hours.
  • Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.

Notes
