- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices bacon chopped
- 1 small onion diced
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: pickles or mustard for topping
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream.
Spread the cooked beef mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with crispy bacon and shredded cheese.
Pour egg mixture evenly over the top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and golden.
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
