Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: pickles or mustard for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream.
  • Spread the cooked beef mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with crispy bacon and shredded cheese.
  • Pour egg mixture evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and golden.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
