- 1 lb ground pork or ground chicken/turkey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cups coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
- ¼ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos for gluten-free
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar optional
- 1 tsp sriracha or chili paste optional, for heat
- 2 green onions sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish, optional
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
