Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onions, peppers, and garlic, and sauté until soft, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Stir in cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth and well blended. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with shredded cheese and bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  • Cool slightly before serving.
