- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ½ cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onions, peppers, and garlic, and sauté until soft, about 5–7 minutes.
Stir in cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth and well blended. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with shredded cheese and bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Cool slightly before serving.
