- ½ lb raw shrimp peeled & deveined
- 2 salmon fillets 4–6 oz each
- 6 –8 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Prepare Pasta: Cook fettuccine until al dente, drain, and set aside.
Cook Seafood: In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil and garlic for ~1 min. Add shrimp and salmon, season with salt & pepper, then cook ~3–4 min per side until shrimp are pink and salmon is flaky. Remove seafood and set aside.
Make Alfredo Sauce: In same skillet, add heavy cream and heat to simmer. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
Combine: Chop cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces, then return salmon and shrimp to the sauce; toss gently.
Toss with Pasta: Add fettuccine to skillet; coat evenly. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
Serve: Plate hot, garnish with extra parsley and Parmesan if desired.
