Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup sugar Make sure it's fully dissolved for smooth texture.
  • ½ cup malted milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add-ins

  • ½ cup toffee bits Adjust to taste.
  • ½ cup crushed malted milk balls Adjust to taste.

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, malted milk powder, and vanilla extract until fully combined and sugar has dissolved.
  • Pour mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • A few minutes before churning is complete, add the toffee bits and crushed malted milk balls.
  • Once churning is complete, transfer the ice cream into a lidded container and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Notes

Serve in bowls or cones, topped with more toffee bits or crushed malted milk balls. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the freezer for 2-3 weeks. Let sit at room temperature briefly before scooping.
