  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes Adds a sweet flavor.
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 1 medium onion Diced for the sauce.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For cooking shrimp.

Cooking the Pasta

  • Boil water in a big pot with a bit of salt and add the bow tie pasta.
  • Cook until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Preparing the Shrimp

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink and white, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Making the Creamy Sauce

  • In the same pan, cook minced garlic and diced onion until fragrant.
  • Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, then pour in heavy cream and stir until smooth.
  • Mix the cooked pasta and shrimp into the sauce, ensuring everything is well-coated.
