  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Make the Topping: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
  • Coat the Chicken: Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  • Bake: Arrange the chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Broil (Optional): For a golden brown crust, broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes at the end.
  • Serve: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Pair with vegetables, rice, or salad.
