Crust Ingredients

  • 18 pieces Oreo cookies Crushed
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter Melted

Filling Ingredients

  • 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese 1 brick, at room temperature
  • ½ cup low-fat sour cream
  • ¾ cup Nutella
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips For topping

Toppings

  • Fresh whipped cream For serving
  • Mini chocolate chips For garnish
  • Sliced strawberries For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-count muffin tin with paper liners and spray with nonstick spray.
  • In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies with the melted butter until fully combined.
  • Spoon the Oreo mixture into the bottom of each muffin liner and press down firmly.
  • Bake the crust for 5-6 minutes and let it cool.

Mixing the Filling

  • In a mixer, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Nutella, eggs, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture into each muffin liner, filling almost to the top. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-22 minutes or until the tops slightly crack. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Serving

  • Top with fresh whipped cream, more chocolate chips, and sliced strawberries before serving.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Don't skip the cooling step; it helps the cheesecakes set properly. Feel free to experiment with different toppings or mix-ins.
