Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries e.g., blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Add mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add honey or maple syrup if extra sweetness is desired.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
  • Optionally top with chia seeds or a few fresh berries.
