- 1 cup frozen mixed berries e.g., blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries
- 1 banana
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
Add mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to a blender.
