Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cod fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley or dill

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  • Drizzle olive oil over fillets and rub to coat evenly.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Sprinkle seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the cod.
  • Place cod in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, depending on thickness, until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges and garnish if desired.
