  • 4 large tortillas Consider using whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce Fresh lettuce adds crunch.
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes Add fresh tomatoes for extra flavor.
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives Use black olives to enhance taste.
  • ¼ cup sour cream Sour cream adds creaminess.

Preparation

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the Nacho Cheese Sauce and heat through until warm.
  • Place a tortilla on a flat surface and scoop some of the beef mixture in the center.
  • Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black olives, and a dollop of sour cream.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla in and then roll it up tightly.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding taco seasoning to the ground beef while cooking. If you like it spicy, add jalapeños or hot sauce. Store leftovers unwrapped separately in the fridge.
