Ingredients
  

Cake Base

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs for the bottom layer
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened to create the base mixture
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for sweetness in the base
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract to enhance flavors

Fruit Layers

  • 3 pieces ripe bananas, sliced for the banana layer
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained for added sweetness and moisture
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced for a fresh fruit layer

Toppings

  • 1 cup heavy cream to top the dessert
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup for drizzling on top

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a 9×13 inch pan, layer the graham cracker crumbs on the bottom.
  • Spread half of the butter mixture over the graham crackers.
  • Layer the sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and strawberries on top of the butter mixture.
  • Spread the remaining butter mixture over the fruits.
  • Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use ripe bananas and fresh fruit. Cover the cake well to keep the cream from drying out. You can customize with other fruits or sauces!
