Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas about 2 medium
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup Nutella for swirling or filling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas and mix with sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full.
  • Drop 1 teaspoon of Nutella on top of each and swirl gently with a toothpick.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
