One-Pan White Cheddar Mozzarella Pasta Delight

Ingredients
  

Pasta Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta (penne, rotini, or similar)
  • 2 cups milk Can substitute with non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Melt butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add pasta, milk, white cheddar, and mozzarella cheese. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer skillet to a preheated oven (375°F/190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until pasta is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly. Stir halfway through baking.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

This dish is best served hot and fresh. Can be garnished with fresh herbs, and pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
