One-Pot Beef and Cheddar Ranch Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta penne or rotini
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot or deep skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir in the beef broth, milk, uncooked pasta, and ranch seasoning.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 12–15 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
  • Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Once pasta is cooked and most of the liquid has absorbed, stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  • Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve warm.
