- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups uncooked pasta penne or rotini
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
In a large pot or deep skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the beef broth, milk, uncooked pasta, and ranch seasoning.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 12–15 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Once pasta is cooked and most of the liquid has absorbed, stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve warm.
