- For the Salad:
- 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup green grapes halved
- 1 orange peeled and segmented
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves chopped (optional)
- For the Poppy Seed Dressing:
- ¼ cup orange juice freshly squeezed preferred
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or neutral oil
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together orange juice, honey, lemon juice, poppy seeds, and oil to make the dressing.
In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the fruits.
