Ingredients
  

  • For the Salad:
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup green grapes halved
  • 1 orange peeled and segmented
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves chopped (optional)
  • For the Poppy Seed Dressing:
  • ¼ cup orange juice freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or neutral oil

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl or jar, whisk together orange juice, honey, lemon juice, poppy seeds, and oil to make the dressing.
  • In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the fruits.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with fresh mint if using.
  • Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
