Ingredients
  

Fruit Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango, pureed Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries, pureed Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor

Liquid Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water For hydration and flavor

Sweetener

  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave Adjust to taste; optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the pureed fruits and coconut water.
  • If using, add honey or agave to sweeten to taste.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold or ice cube tray.
  • Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • To serve, run warm water over the outside of the mold to easily release the fruit bars.

Notes

Store any leftover Outshine Fruit Bars in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Best enjoyed within a few days for optimal flavor and texture. Use fresh fruits for best flavor, but frozen fruits also work well. For creamier bars, add a little coconut yogurt to the mixture.
