  • 1 pound fresh green beans trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place trimmed green beans on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread green beans out in a single layer.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 18–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and slightly browned.
