  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  • Grab a mixing bowl and combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Whisk it until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Stir in the passion fruit pulp, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to combine the flavors.
  • Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  • Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Notes

Serve in bowls or cones. You can add fresh fruit, coconut, or a drizzle of chocolate for garnish. Store in the freezer in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping if icy.
