  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or cottage cheese optional for protein
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional, to taste
  • Ice cubes optional, for thickness
  • Dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract optional
