Preparation

  • Peel the bananas and place them in a blender.
  • Add the peanut butter to the blender.
  • Pour in the milk or milk alternative.
  • Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
  • If desired, add ice cubes for a thicker, colder smoothie.

Blending

  • Blend the ingredients on high speed for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If it's too thin, add more ice or a banana.

Serving

  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
  • Top with granola or nuts for an extra texture if desired.
