Main Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed coffee chilled
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar optional
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ¼ cup whipped cream for the topping
- 1 tbsp chocolate syrup for the drizzle
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter warmed, for the drizzle
Cooking
Blend. Add the coffee, milk, peanut butter, chocolate syrup, sugar if using, and ice to a blender and blend on high for about a minute until smooth and frosty.
Taste. Adjust with a little more syrup or sugar if you want it sweeter, then blend 10 seconds more.
Pour. Divide the drink between two tall glasses.
Top. Add whipped cream, then drizzle with chocolate syrup and warmed peanut butter. Serve immediately.
Substitutions: Use oat milk and dairy free whipped topping, or sunflower seed butter for a peanut free drink.
Tips: Freeze coffee into ice cubes so the drink stays thick.
Storage: Refrigerate leftovers in a lidded jar for up to 24 hours and shake well before drinking.
