- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 yellow onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated (optional)

In a bowl, toss sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of pepper. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.

Add garlic (and ginger, if using), cook for 30 seconds.
Return beef to skillet, pour in beef broth and oyster sauce if using, and stir-fry everything together for 2–3 more minutes.
Adjust seasoning, serve hot over rice or noodles.
