Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions
 

  • Sauté Veggies: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened (about 3–4 minutes).
  • Brown the Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until fully browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  • Flavor It: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until well combined.
  • Add Cheese: Place provolone slices on top of the meat mixture. Let melt, then stir until creamy.
  • Serve: Spoon the mixture onto hamburger buns and serve immediately.
