- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
Sauté Veggies: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened (about 3–4 minutes).
Brown the Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until fully browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
Flavor It: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until well combined.
Add Cheese: Place provolone slices on top of the meat mixture. Let melt, then stir until creamy.
