Preparation

  • Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, sautéing until tender.
  • Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
