Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients: fresh or frozen pineapple, liquid base, sweetener, protein powder, and spinach.
  • If using fresh pineapple, wash and peel it. Cut into chunks.

Blending

  • Add all ingredients to a blender in the following order: pineapple, almond milk, honey, protein powder, and spinach if using.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Serving

  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
  • Optional: Garnish with fresh fruit, nuts, or shredded coconut.

Notes
