  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16.3 oz each) or homemade pizza dough
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni or chopped pepperoni slices

Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.
  • In a bowl, mix the pizza dough pieces, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.
  • Add the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder, and toss to coat.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a plate. Serve warm.
