Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 20 small tortillas 20 small tortillas (about 5-inches wide)
  • 14 oz 14 oz pizza sauce
  • 24 oz 24 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 80 slices 80 slices pepperoni

Seasoning and Oil

  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp cooking oil For brushing the outside
  • ½ tsp 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Place pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly to form a cylinder.
  • Brush the outside of each roll with cooking oil.
  • Mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt together and sprinkle on top of the rolled tortillas.
  • Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Serve warm with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping. These roll ups can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven until heated through.
