- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana preferably frozen
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder plant-based or whey
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger optional
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
- 1 cup almond milk or other milk of choice
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional
- A pinch of black pepper to boost turmeric absorption
- Ice cubes optional, for texture
Add all ingredients (pineapple, banana, protein powder, turmeric, seeds, spices, milk) to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
