Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana preferably frozen
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder plant-based or whey
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 cup almond milk or other milk of choice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • A pinch of black pepper to boost turmeric absorption
  • Ice cubes optional, for texture

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients (pineapple, banana, protein powder, turmeric, seeds, spices, milk) to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
