Ingredients
  

  • 4 cod fillets about 6 oz each
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup almond flour or breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Prepare the crust: In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the cod: Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels. Brush lightly with olive oil on all sides. Press each fillet into the Parmesan mixture, coating evenly.
  • Bake the fish: Place coated cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden.
  • Serve: Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and serve immediately.
