- 1 cup cottage cheese blended until smooth
- 2 large eggs
- Optional: pinch of salt or seasoning to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Blend cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Add eggs to the blended cottage cheese and mix well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture into flat, round or oval shapes.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the flatbreads are golden and set.
Let cool slightly before peeling off the parchment paper.
