Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz egg noodles or ramen noodles
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast or thighs thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds optional

Teriyaki Sauce:

  • cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water slurry

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix all teriyaki sauce ingredients, including the cornstarch slurry. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Add broccoli and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Pour the teriyaki sauce into the pan and stir well. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  • Add cooked noodles and toss everything together to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve hot.
