Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp, paprika, chili flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
  • Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until pink and opaque.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and toss well.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
