- 1 loaf French bread or Italian bread
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter softened
- 2 cloves garlic minced (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet, cut side up.
In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic (if using). Spread evenly over bread halves.
Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan evenly over both halves.
