Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French bread or Italian bread
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  • In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic (if using). Spread evenly over bread halves.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan evenly over both halves.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Optional: Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for a golden, crispy top.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
