Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup butter, melted Ensure it's properly melted and slightly cooled.
  • 2 large eggs Room temperature eggs recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

For Drizzling

  • ½ cup white chocolate Melted for drizzling.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow to cool, then drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Best accompanied by vanilla ice cream or fresh berries. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
