Ingredients
  

For the cheese ball

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste.
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup crushed peanut butter cups (optional) Use if desired.

For the coating

  • ¼ cup mini Reese’s Pieces
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup crushed peanut butter cups

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the mini Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups if using, until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Coating

  • In a shallow dish, combine the mini Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups for the coating.
  • Remove the chilled cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap it. Roll the cheese ball in the coating mixture until evenly covered.
  • Place the coated cheese ball on a serving plate.
  • Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or cookies for dipping.

Notes

Store any leftover cheese ball in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can make it 1-2 days ahead of time.
