  • 8 oz fresh salmon Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 8 oz shrimp Deveined and peeled.
  • 2 cloves garlic Finely chopped for extra flavor.
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For sautéing.

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning Enhances flavor.

  • to taste fresh herbs Chopped parsley or basil recommended.
  • zest of 1 lemon lemon zest For brightness.

Preparation

  • Cut the salmon into small pieces and prepare the shrimp by removing veins and peels. Chop garlic and herbs finely.

Cooking the Pasta

  • Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.

Sautéing Salmon and Shrimp

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook salmon for 3-4 minutes, then flip it. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.

Combining Ingredients

  • Lower the heat and add the Alfredo sauce to the skillet. Stir in the cooked pasta and mix until creamy. Add reserved pasta water as needed for desired creaminess. Serve hot.

Notes

For a perfect serving, aim for 1 to 1.5 cups of pasta per person and elegantly plate with garnishes like parsley and lemon wedges.
