- 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
- ½ lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon fillets for 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through and golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes until pink.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring well. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.
