Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • ½ lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with Cajun seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon fillets for 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through and golden. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes until pink.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring well. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Return salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.
