Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional vegetables e.g., green beans, asparagus, cherry tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Place salmon fillets on the sheet and arrange vegetables around them if using.
