Preparation

  • Cook garlic until fragrant, mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then stir until smooth.

Baking

  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared sheet pan.
  • Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the fillets.
  • Top each fillet with lemon slices and optionally sprinkle with herbs.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Notes
