Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add broth or white wine and lemon juice, simmering for a few minutes.
  • Combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, and sauce in a baking dish.

Baking

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, add fresh parsley, and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until shrimp are pink and tender.
