- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 medium yellow potatoes thinly sliced
- 8 oz Colby Jack cheese freshly grated
- 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 10 oz can cream of celery soup
- ⅓ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup French’s fried onions
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Prepare Sauce:
In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, milk, all-purpose seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Assemble Casserole:
In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
Spread half of the cooked ground beef over the potatoes.
Pour half of the soup mixture over the beef.
Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, beef, and soup mixture.
